1. The frame body is made of high-strength alloy aluminum one-time formation, and is formed by high-precision gantry planing and milling. Compared with the steel structure and normal aluminum plate structure, it has remarkable features such as high mechanical strength, stable structure, no deformation, good precision and so on.
2. Two vacuum pump configurations are available for this equipment: the original German-manufactured BUSCH pump and a high-performance pump made in China, allowing customers to select based on their specific requirements and operational priorities.
3. Equipped with American Banner photoelectric switches, it can package light film and color film, reduce the cost and make the product more upscale.
4. The equipment can be configured with automatic coding system according to the user's requirements, and the printing of packaging date and parameters can be completed at one time during packaging, without manual coding, improving work efficiency.
5. The equipment is equipped with an edge material recycling system, which ensures the hygienic requirements of the user's production environment.
6. The cutting knife of the equipment adopts hydraulic punching knife, which can be separated by one stamping, and the cut is beautiful and burr-free. It has the advantages of reliable operation, long service life and high work efficiency.
7. The control system of this machine adopts the world renowned Japanese Mitsubishi 10-inch color large-screen touch screen, Omron programmable logic controller (PLC) control stepping system, Mitsubishi servo motor, high operating precision, all actions coordinated automatically and stably, which ensures reliable operation of the machine and easy to use.
